When you support Edison and Ford Winter Estates by making a charitable gift, you help us fulfill our mission of providing unique educational experiences based on the artifacts, legacy and lives of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford and their time here in Florida. Your donation makes it possible for us to provide scholarships and educational programs, host events, create new exhibits, restore the gardens, continue conservation efforts and help ensure that we remain one of the top-visited destinations in the United States. Our regular programming includes classes, camps, and our highly anticipated annual summer camp, all offered throughout our historic site, as well as community outreach programs. Through the generous support of individual donors and businesses, scholarships for summer camp, exciting cutting edge technology, and free programs for Title I schools and other organizations in need are offered. By leveraging the innovative legacies of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford, focusing on the individual, and adhering to Florida state educational standards, students receive a truly one-of-a-kind education experience. No gift is too small to help. A Tribute Gift provides a meaningful, living tribute to a friend, relative, or colleague by commemorating a special occasion. Celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events with a Tribute gift to the Edison and Ford Winter Estates in honor of your loved one. You can also remember a loved one or express your sympathy with a Memorial gift to Edison Ford. A Memorial is a personal remembrance that honors a deceased friend, relative, or colleague. Price varies based on availability, variety and other factors, such as delivery. A plaque will be placed next to the commemorative tree. The Note Rouge Factory Tour takes visitors to the site where the Ford company first began operations. Ask yourself what specific information the person really needs and then provide it. I spent the whole day there. Then, provide a response that guides them to the best possible la. The layout is poor - there is no flow, even though most of the exhibits do go in chronological order. Unless you need extra guest tickets or admission to the Ford Rouge Factory Tour or Giant Screen Experience tickets, you can take your ID and membership solo straight to the entrance. A plaque will be placed next to your tree recognizing you for your important contribution.
